Full payment is due at the time of your appointment on your service date. Please check with your insurance to verify coverage prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow 24-48 hours to avoid being charged or billed for the amount of the session.
Good Faith Estimate for Cash Pay or Out of Network Clients
Clients have the right to inquire about a “Good Faith Estimate”, which explains how much medical services will cost. Individual healthcare providers and facilities must provide a “Good Faith Estimate” of the total expected charges being billed directly to the uninsured or self-pay patient upon request or scheduling of a service.
